- The Impostor Phenomenon & The Lawyer
- Associate Dean of Inclusion & Engagement Shannon Bartlett
- Have you ever thought to yourself, “One day people will realize I don’t know as much as they think”? If so, you are in good company. Dismissing success as luck, believing that success is undeserved, and living with a fear of being “found out” as not being as smart or talented or deserving or experienced as people think is a common occurrence; so common, in fact, that the term “Impostor Phenomenon” was coined to describe it. Lawyers are not immune, and it is important to make sure that we do not give our fears the power to keep us from taking the actions needed to achieve our goals and ambitions. This webinar is presented to help participants understand how common the impostor phenomenon is while providing tools to overcome it.
- The Culturally Conscious Lawyer
