Alumni Hall Profiles

Since the founding in 1859 of what became Northwestern University School of Law, our graduates have aspired to and achieved greatness in the legal profession and beyond. Today the influence of Northwestern alumni is virtually boundless. From the legacy of John Paul Stevens (JD '47), who served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, to young graduates just beginning their careers, our alumni continue to shape the society in which we live.

We proudly honor these examples of distinguished alumni of Northwestern Law. Their changing faces over the decades reflect the changes in the legal profession and in our society.
